RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Because we offer free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to include your packing slip in your return. Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled.

Returnable Items:

  • Items that are UNWORN & unwashed
  • Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke
  • Items purchased at regular price
  • Damaged items – must be reported within 2 days of receiving

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
  • Items with dog hair or deodorant
  • Items purchased during a SALE
  • Items purchased with store credit OR a discount code

EXCHANGES:

Our Inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not likely but can be requested on the packing slip. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued.

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card, expires after 60 days and is Final Sale.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, or do not include your packing slip, you will be charged to send the item back, or a 20% restocking fee.

Please fold your items neatly and wrap your items in tissue paper or some sort of package to protect the clothing from damage during shipping.

Returns are processed every 3-4 days!

Please double check your shipping address - once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE.

SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE USPS shipping to the continental U.S. Orders will be processed within 3 days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Knoxville, TN. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping.

There is a Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster and typically take 2-3 business days to ship via USPS.

Typically, free shipping = 5-7 days & Priority Shipping = 3-4 days

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.

SIZING

Every item runs differently therefore there is no size chart that will work for every person. Pay special attention to the product description where we note if items run small, large, or are true to size. We will also note the size our model is wearing in the description.
